Job Purpose: We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer withhands-on experience in developing modern web applications usingReact.js,NextJsand Node.js. The ideal candidate should be capableof independently developing application features, integrating backend services,and contributing to scalable, secure, and high-quality enterprise applications.The candidate should also be comfortable usingAI-assisted software development tools to improve development productivity,code quality, testing, and documentation while adhering to engineering bestpractices.

Qulification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, orarelateddiscipline.

Experience: 4 - 6 Years

Responsibilities:

• Developand maintain frontend applications using NextJs. 
• Build backendservices and RESTful APIs using Node.js  
• Design, write,and optimize SQL queries and database objects in MongoDB. 
• Developreusable, maintainable, and well-documented code. 
• Debug,troubleshoot, and resolve application issues. 
• Write unittests and support integration testing activities. 
• Collaboratewith architects, senior developers, QA engineers, and product teams. 
• Participate inAgile ceremonies. 
• Supportproduction deployments and issue resolution. 
• UseAI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, orsimilar. 
• Followresponsible AI usage and secure software development practices. 
• Experienceworking on enterprise web applications. 
• Exposureto microservices-based architectures. 
• Familiaritywith Docker and Kubernetes. 
• Experienceintegrating third-party APIs. 
• Basicunderstanding of application monitoring and logging. 
• Exposure tocloud platforms.

Mandatory:

• Frontend: React.js, NextJs, JavaScript (ES6+),  HTML5, CSS3, Redux/Context API 
• Backend: Node.js, REST APIs, JWT/OAuth 
• Database: MongoDB, SQL development, Database fundamentals 
• Development  Practices: Git, CI/CD,  Docker basics, Unit Testing, Agile/Scrum, Clean Code
• Analytical  and problem-solving skills. 
• Strong  communication and teamwork. 
• Ability to  work independently. 
• Willingness  to learn new technologies. 
• Ownership  and accountability. 
• Adaptability  in Agile environments.
