Job Title: Technical Lead

Job Purpose: We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead withstrong Node.jsexpertiseto lead thedesign, development, and delivery of scalableenterpriseapplications. The role involves providing technicalleadership, mentoring developers, ensuring code quality, and collaborating withcross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related discipline

Certification:

• Cloud deployment experience (Azure/AWS/GCP).  
• Knowledge of Dockerand CI/CD. 

Experience: 12 year

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of Node.jsapplications and microservices. 
• Define technical solutions, coding standards, and bestpractices. 
• Conduct code reviews and mentor development teams. 
• Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, and DevOps teamsto ensure successful project delivery. 
• Troubleshoot technical issues and drive continuousimprovements. 
• Participate in effort estimation, sprint planning, andtechnical discussions. 
• Drive the strategic adoption of AI and automationtechnologies with the team to enhance productivity, improve delivery efficiency, andreduce time-to-market. 

Mandatory:

• trong hands-on experience with Node.js,  JavaScript, and TypeScript with the ability to design and develop scalable  backend applications. 
• Proficiency in  Express.js frameworks for building enterprise-grade REST APIs and backend  services. 
• Strong understanding of Microservices  Architecture, including service design, communication patterns, API  integration, and scalability considerations. 
• Good experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL,  MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis, including database design, query optimization, and  performance tuning. 
• Experience with API design and  development, including REST standards, authentication, authorization, error handling,  and API security best practices. 
• Experience working in Agile  development methodologies. 
• Good  understanding of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) including application  deployment, environment management, monitoring, and troubleshooting. 
• Strong  knowledge of secure coding practices, application performance optimization,  debugging, and production issue resolution. 
• Ability  to lead technical discussions, perform code reviews, mentor developers, and  drive engineering best practices across the team. 
• Experience building enterprise-grade  product platforms. 
• Knowledge  of event-driven architecture and messaging platforms. 
• Experience  with Kubernetes and containerized deployments. 
• Experience  mentoring and leading development teams. 
• Insurance  domain experience.
