Job Title: System Administrator

Job Purpose: Administration of M365 Support

Qualification: Any IT Graduation

Certification: CCNA

Experience: 7 – 8 Year

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), including users, groups, roles, Conditional Access, MFA, and identity governance.  
  • Configure and manage Microsoft Intune for endpoint security and device lifecycle management.  
  • Deploy, configure, and manage Windows devices using Modern Endpoint Management practices.  
  • Implement security and compliance policies across corporate devices and applications.  
  • Manage device enrollment, Autopilot configuration, application deployment, and patch management.  
  • Monitor endpoint health, compliance status, and security posture.  
  • Troubleshoot identity, authentication, device management, and access-related issues.  
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and support teams for smooth operations and project implementations.  
  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and technical reports related to endpoint and identity management.  
  • Ensure adherence to organizational IT security standards and compliance requirements.

Mandatory:

  • Microsoft Entra ID Management
  • Modern Endpoint management ( Microsoft Intune)
  • Windows Autopilot
  • Configuration and Compliance policies for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
  • Integration with Microsoft Tunnel for secure remote access
  • Hybrid Infrastructure & Cloud Connectivity
  • Systems & Client patching (SCCM , Intune/Qualys)
  • Security and compliance ( Microsoft Purview & Defender)
  • Microsoft Azure Data Center services (VM/Storage accounts, Networking etc.)
  • Microsoft certifications related to Entra ID, Azure, Intune, or Microsoft 365 are preferred.  
  • Experience working in enterprise environments.  
  • UAE experience will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration and endpoint security best practices.  
  • Understanding of Microsoft 365 administration and security concepts.  
  • Experience in troubleshooting authentication, device enrollment, and policy-related issues.  
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
