Job Title: Program Manager - IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity
Job Purpose: To lead and govern complex enterprise-scale Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Datacenter, DR, and Transformation Programs involving multiple parallel workstreams, contractual milestones, multi-vendor dependencies, customer governance, and executive stakeholder engagement, ensuring timely delivery, compliance, financial control, and program risk management.
Qualification:
- BE / BTech / B.Sc / Information Technology
- Master’s degree preferred (MBA / Technology Management desirable)
Experience:
- 15–18 years total experience in IT Infrastructure / Cybersecurity / Transformation Programs
- Minimum 7 years in Program / Large Project Management
- Proven experience managing enterprise or government transformation programs involving -
- Disaster Recovery programs
- Cybersecurity deployments
- Infrastructure modernization
- Strong UAE Experience is highly desirable
Certification: Mandatory - PMP and ITIL Foundation / Intermediate ,Desirable - PgMP
Responsibilities:
Program Delivery & Governance
- Lead end-to-end execution of complex infrastructure, cybersecurity, and transformation programs with multiple integrated tracks.
- Drive milestone-based delivery across contractual programs.
- Establish and maintain full governance cadence with customer and internal leadership.
- Own governance decks, meeting minutes, trackers, and executive status reporting
- Ensure all deliverables are aligned to contractual commitments, timelines, and dependencies.
Multi-Track Program Control
- Manage parallel workstreams
- Maintain integrated master program tracker and delay register.
- Ensure proactive closure of dependencies across technical and business teams.
Stakeholder Management
- Independently manage customer stakeholders across business, infrastructure, Information Security, Applications, and OEM/vendor ecosystem.
- Engage executive stakeholders for escalations, decisions, and approvals.
- Maintain structured follow-up with vendors, OEMs, internal delivery teams, and customer leadership.
Risk, Contract & Financial Control
- Identify program risks, delays, blockers, and contractual exposure proactively.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation for legal, financial, and compliance reference.
- Ensure program execution protects revenue realization and milestone billing.
- Understand penalty-linked delivery environments and commercial implications of delays.
Documentation & Reporting Discipline
- Ensure all documentation is customer-ready and audit compliant.
- Produce executive-grade reports and dashboards.
- Ensure complete documentation and timely preservation of all contractual evidence related to penalty exposure, service exceptions, relief events, force majeure situations, customer dependencies, approval delays, and any circumstances impacting contractual obligations or milestone achievement.
Change & Dependency Management
- Drive structured customer alignment for CAB, implementation windows, approvals, and technical dependencies.
- Ensure no key deliverable remains blocked due to weak follow-up.
Leadership & Internal Governance
- Chair internal weekly reviews with technical managers.
- Drive accountability across technical teams.
- Escalate issues with clarity and impact analysis.
