Responsibilities

• Worked on Outbound/Inbound Communications related activities such as Bill Completion, Bill Segment Freeze etc and multiple Real time Integration with CC&B.
• Design, prepare and execute test cases related to billing as part of CC&B process.
• Actively participate on client calls. Provide solutions for client requests.
• Worked on UI maps, Scripts, Zones, BS and BO, Portals, base JSP and SSRS reports.
• Worked on UAT activities and Handling production issues and routing to concern developers.
• Worked on configuring of Extendable Lookups, Master
• Configuration, Plug-in driven Batches etc.
• Developed on existing Complex Case Types and worked on their process flow.
• On-site Visit for Client Integration and Functional requirement gathering and presentation of POC demo.
• Prepared UTP, Technical design preparation (TDD) and Codereview documents.

Qualifications

Experience – 4-10 Yrs,

Qualification – B.Tech/Bachelor in Computer Science/ Diploma in Computers
