Job Summary:

The Managed Service Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales for the company’s managed services offerings. This role will involve prospecting, qualifying leads, presenting service solutions, and closing sales to help businesses optimize their IT infrastructure, security, cloud, and other managed services. The ideal candidate is a self-driven sales professional with a strong understanding of managed IT services and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.

Experience:

  • Overall 10+ Expreince in Sales/Presales in which 3+ years of experience in B2B sales in KSA , with a proven track record of selling managed services & staff agumentation, or similar offerings.
  • Experience in prospecting, lead generation, and closing complex sales cycles.
  • Knowledge of IT services such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, data management, help desk support, and network monitoring is a plus.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology,

Technical Knowledge:

Broad foundational knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies – including Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, IIS, TMG, ISA, SharePoint, Storage Area Networking (EMC, NetApp, or other), Data networking (Cisco, HP, Nortel), IP Telephony (Cisco, Nortel, Avaya), VMware vSphere, Citrix XenApp, MS Hyper-V etc. Technical certifications – Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and Generate Leads:
    • Identify and target new business opportunities within the assigned territory or market segment.
    • Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and attending industry events.
    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Consultative Selling:
    • Conduct in-depth needs assessments with prospective clients to understand their IT infrastructure, pain points, and service requirements.
    • Present tailored managed service solutions to address specific client needs and challenges.
    • Demonstrate the value of managed services in terms of cost savings, increased operational efficiency, scalability, and security.
  • Sales Presentations and Proposals:
    • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demos to potential clients.
    • Respond to RFI/RFP received from Sales
    • Present/ Demonstrate Managed Services Solution
    • Work with the technical team to design service offerings and ensure proper alignment with client requirements.
    • Provide clear, detailed proposals outlining service deliverables, SLAs, pricing models, and ROI.
  • Negotiation and Closing:
    • Negotiate contract terms and pricing with prospective clients to close new business.
    • Follow up with prospects to address concerns, clarify service offerings, and close sales.
    • Drive the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry to contract signing.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and regular communication.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations on IT optimization and cost-effective managed services.
    • Work closely with customer success teams to ensure smooth implementation and onboarding of new clients.
  • Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the CRM system.
    • Track progress against sales targets and provide regular sales reports to management.
    • Develop sales forecasts and contribute to revenue growth strategies.
  • Industry Knowledge and Networking:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
    • Attend conferences, trade shows, and networking events to grow industry knowledge and build professional relationships.
  • Pre Sales Expereince :
    • Responsible for building IT Manage Services Solution
    • Understand customer’s IT operations and roll out a business case for Manage services outsourcing with relevant analysis on current operations/model and the ROI over outsourcing.
    • Conduct/Participate in customer workshops for demonstrating business cases & managed services model.
    • Develop cost effective & scalable delivery models with SLA based support services.
    • Develop effort estimates for the proposed managed services solution across delivery models (onsite/offshore-Remote/Hybrid/Shared/Dedicated)
