We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will focus on generating high-quality leads and driving business growth by making outbound calls, qualifying leads, and transitioning them into sales opportunities. You will play a critical role in identifying, qualifying, and converting Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), while working closely with the marketing and sales teams to meet monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Qualification:

– Generate a minimum of 20 MQLs per month through outbound calling and digital outreach.
– Convert at least 10 MQLs into SQLs monthly, ensuring leads meet predefined qualification criteria.
– Make 40-50 outbound calls daily to prospective customers to identify needs and qualify leads.
– Engage with prospects through phone, email, and social media to build relationships and nurture leads.

Sales Support:

– Work closely with the sales team to schedule meetings with qualified leads and ensure proper handover.
– Provide timely feedback to the sales team on lead quality and help optimize lead conversion strategies.
– CRM Management
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
– Track daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead conversion metrics to ensure goals are met.
– Customer Relationship Building:
– Understand customer needs and challenges to propose relevant solutions and services.
– Maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers by providing consistent communication.

 

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :
– Generate 20 MQLs per month.
– Convert 10 MQLs to SQLs per month.
– Make 40-50 outbound calls per day.
– Achieve a minimum of 50% lead conversion rate from MQLs to SQLs.
