In Order to enable the customer to meet its business and technology objectives we extend the  existing Infor Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solution to provide facilities management functionality.

Tool & Technologies

Solution

Intertec implemented the InforEAM  for  the customer. The Solution  has been designed  to manage the assets  of the Opera House, process the Work Order  for Preventive and Corrective Work, Material Management to upkeep of the organization. The Mobility solution that is implemented is to download work order from the Infor EAM into a mobile PDA device or iPad or any android based tablets and also assigns/reassign works to appropriate individuals in the field. The OPENCAD Module  allow to view the Asset  information on the Asset module itself. The Work Orders can be  viewed on the OPENCAD module to find exact location of the work orders. OPENCAD enables to create Asset information from the drawings which overall increase efficiency of the technician.
