Joseph is an IT professional with over 31 years of progressive experience in the ICT industry. He is an expert in heading the Service Delivery Department with over 160 people including Services sales, Pre-Sales, Projects delivery, Project Management, Managed Services and NOC team. Throughout his career, he has been able to manage strategic clients and ensure customer satisfaction. He brings in the strong ability to plan, prepare and execute strategies necessary to reach targeted goals.
He was associated with Computer Network Systems (CNS) for more than 21 years as Head of Support Services, UAE. He has also worked for Gulf Business Machines (Oman) and other reputed firms, possessing over 2 decades of Enterprise Business Experience. He was responsible for driving business growth, increase profitability, increase customer and employee satisfaction and manage and improve processes and provide quality of service.
He has completed his Master’s Degree in Computer Science at the Lebanese University. He has obtained the number of certifications and attended trainings like ITIL V3, leadership training, etc.
